We will gladly process a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery as long as it has not been used or washed and all tags are still in place (no dog hair please). We reserve the right to determine if the returned item is in resalable condition. If we are not able to return the item to inventory we will not be able to issue a full refund.
You must contact us for a “Return Authorization Number” before you ship your return item. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. If you do not have the RMA number on the return box we will not accept the package. We will email your instructions on how to pack your item for shipment, provide your RMA number and the return address information.
Every bed is hand made and inspected before it leaves our facility. We pride ourselves on our quality and are confident you will be more than satisfied with your selection. If you feel your purchase has a manufacturer defect please email us pictures within 10 days of delivery so we can quickly make a determination as to how to resolve the issue.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. DogMania is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, please insure your package and get a tracking number.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees.
